BioLight Labs products are not intended for human consumption, human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, food use, drug use, supplement use, clinical use, or any other use involving administration to humans or animals.

By accessing this website, purchasing from BioLight Labs, creating an account, placing an order, receiving any product, or otherwise interacting with BioLight Labs, you acknowledge, represent, warrant, and agree to the following Research Disclaimer.


1. Research Use Only

All BioLight Labs products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, and qualified research applications only.

BioLight Labs products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, condition, disorder, injury, or health concern. No product sold by BioLight Labs is intended to affect the structure or function of the human body or animal body.

BioLight Labs products are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, compounded medications, prescriptions, or over-the-counter products.

Any other use of BioLight Labs products is strictly prohibited.


2. Not for Human or Animal Use

BioLight Labs products are not for human consumption and are not for animal consumption.

BioLight Labs products must not be injected, ingested, inhaled, absorbed, applied topically, implanted, administered, compounded for patient use, mixed for human use, mixed for animal use, or otherwise introduced into the body of any human or animal.

The purchaser agrees that BioLight Labs products will not be used in any manner involving humans or animals, including but not limited to:

  • Personal use;
  • Patient use;
  • Clinical use;
  • Medical treatment;
  • Veterinary treatment;
  • Cosmetic application;
  • Food or beverage use;
  • Supplement use;
  • Compounding for human or animal administration;
  • Resale for human or animal administration;
  • Any use prohibited by applicable law.

3. No Medical Advice

All content provided by BioLight Labs, including product descriptions, certificates, test results, articles, blog posts, emails, educational material, references, third-party research summaries, or customer support communications, is provided for general informational and research-context purposes only.

Nothing provided by BioLight Labs constitutes medical advice, health advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, prescribing guidance, dosing guidance, compounding guidance, or a recommendation for use in humans or animals.

Purchasers and visitors should not interpret any content on BioLightLabs.com as suggesting that any product is safe, appropriate, effective, approved, or intended for human or animal use.


4. No FDA Approval or Evaluation

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, BioLight Labs products have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

BioLight Labs products are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. BioLight Labs products are not approved for clinical use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, veterinary use, dietary use, or use as ingredients in drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, biologics, compounded preparations, or medical products.

The purchaser is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, restrictions, and guidelines related to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport, research, disposal, and use of any BioLight Labs product.


5. Purchaser Qualification and Responsibility

By purchasing from BioLight Labs, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 21 years of age.
  2. You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered.
  3. You are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.
  4. You have the knowledge, training, facilities, equipment, and safety protocols necessary to handle research materials.
  5. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. You will not use BioLight Labs products for human or animal administration.
  7. You will not resell, transfer, distribute, or provide BioLight Labs products to any person or entity for unlawful, medical, clinical, cosmetic, veterinary, dietary, supplement, or human/animal use.
  8. You understand that misuse of research products may carry serious risks, including injury, illness, adverse reactions, contamination, legal liability, regulatory action, or death.

BioLight Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear inconsistent with research-use-only purposes.


6. Product Information, Testing, and Certificates of Analysis

BioLight Labs may provide certificates of analysis, third-party test results, purity data, HPLC results, endotoxin analysis, heavy metals analysis, sterility testing, or other laboratory documentation for certain products.

Such documentation is provided for research quality transparency only. Testing information does not mean that any product is sterile for injection, safe for human use, safe for animal use, suitable for compounding, suitable for clinical use, or approved by any regulatory authority.

Laboratory results may be limited to the specific lot, sample, method, laboratory, or testing conditions identified in the applicable certificate or report. Purchasers are solely responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any product for their intended lawful research application.


7. No Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose

BioLight Labs makes no representation or warranty that any product is suitable for any specific research purpose, experiment, protocol, assay, formulation, process, or application.

All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, safety, purity beyond stated testing, suitability, or compliance with any particular regulatory framework.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate for the purchaser’s lawful research use.


8. Handling, Storage, and Safety

BioLight Labs products may require specialized handling, storage, equipment, environmental conditions, personal protective equipment, laboratory controls, and disposal procedures.

The purchaser is solely responsible for safe handling, storage, research use, labeling, access control, spill response, waste disposal, documentation, and compliance with all applicable safety standards.

BioLight Labs is not responsible for any degradation, contamination, misuse, mishandling, improper storage, improper reconstitution, improper labeling, improper disposal, unauthorized access, or unauthorized use after delivery.


9. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

  • Human consumption;
  • Animal consumption;
  • Injection into humans or animals;
  • Topical application to humans or animals;
  • Inhalation, ingestion, implantation, or absorption by humans or animals;
  • Use as a drug, biologic, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device;
  • Compounding for human or animal use;
  • Resale for human or animal use;
  • Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease;
  • Use in clinical trials without appropriate regulatory authorization;
  • Any use that violates federal, state, local, or international law.

Any purchaser who engages in prohibited use does so without authorization from BioLight Labs and assumes full legal, financial, regulatory, civil, and criminal responsibility for such conduct.


10. Assumption of Risk

The purchaser acknowledges that research materials may be hazardous, biologically active, chemically active, toxic, unstable, reactive, contaminated if mishandled, or otherwise dangerous if misused.

The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the purchase, receipt, transport, storage, handling, research use, misuse, resale, transfer, disposal, or possession of BioLight Labs products.

BioLight Labs shall not be responsible for injuries, damages, losses, claims, regulatory actions, legal consequences, or adverse outcomes resulting from misuse, unauthorized use, improper handling, improper storage, improper disposal, unlawful conduct, or use inconsistent with this Research Disclaimer.


11. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BioLight Labs, its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, suppliers, laboratories, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, regulatory actions, investigations, attorney’s fees, court costs, and other expenses arising out of or related to:

  1. The purchaser’s purchase, possession, receipt, storage, handling, use, misuse, resale, transfer, disposal, or distribution of any BioLight Labs product;
  2. Any use of BioLight Labs products for human or animal consumption, administration, treatment, diagnosis, cosmetic application, compounding, or any other prohibited purpose;
  3. The purchaser’s violation of this Research Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions, website policies, or any applicable law or regulation;
  4. Any negligent, reckless, intentional, unauthorized, unlawful, or improper conduct by the purchaser or any person or entity who obtains a BioLight Labs product through the purchaser;
  5. Any claim made by a third party, customer, patient, client, research participant, employee, contractor, government agency, regulatory body, or other person related to the purchaser’s conduct or use of BioLight Labs products;
  6. Any injury, illness, adverse reaction, death, property damage, economic loss, regulatory penalty, or legal proceeding arising from the purchaser’s acts, omissions, representations, resale, transfer, or misuse of BioLight Labs products.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the purchase, delivery, use, transfer, cancellation, termination, or completion of any transaction with BioLight Labs.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioLight Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, regulatory, economic, or other damages arising from or related to the purchase, receipt, possession, handling, storage, use, misuse, transfer, resale, disposal, or inability to use any BioLight Labs product.

This includes, without limitation, damages related to personal injury, illness, death, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of research data, failed experiments, regulatory action, enforcement action, legal claims, product degradation, product contamination after delivery, or unauthorized use.

In no event shall BioLight Labs’ total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the purchaser for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this limitation may not apply where prohibited by law.


13. No Reliance on Website Content

The purchaser agrees not to rely on website content, third-party studies, product descriptions, educational materials, blog posts, research references, testimonials, customer communications, or marketing content as authorization, instruction, or recommendation for any prohibited use.

Any scientific references, research summaries, or educational materials are provided solely for informational context and do not establish that any BioLight Labs product is safe, effective, approved, or appropriate for human or animal use.

FTC guidance emphasizes that health-related claims must be truthful, not misleading, and properly substantiated; BioLight Labs does not intend any research product content to be interpreted as a consumer health claim or therapeutic claim.


14. Regulatory Compliance

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, import, export, transport, storage, handling, research use, transfer, disposal, or resale of any BioLight Labs product is lawful in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.

BioLight Labs makes no representation that any product may be lawfully purchased, possessed, imported, exported, transported, stored, used, transferred, disposed of, or resold in any particular jurisdiction.

Purchasers outside the United States are solely responsible for compliance with customs laws, import laws, export laws, research regulations, laboratory standards, and all other applicable legal requirements.


15. Refusal, Cancellation, and Account Termination

BioLight Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict purchases, request additional verification, terminate accounts, block access, or report suspected unlawful activity where BioLight Labs believes that a purchaser may be using or intending to use products in violation of this Research Disclaimer, applicable law, or BioLight Labs policies.

BioLight Labs is not obligated to complete any transaction that it determines may present legal, regulatory, safety, reputational, or compliance concerns.


16. Third-Party Misuse

If a purchaser resells, transfers, distributes, shares, or otherwise provides BioLight Labs products to another person or entity, the purchaser remains solely responsible for ensuring that such transfer is lawful and consistent with research-use-only restrictions.

BioLight Labs expressly disclaims responsibility for any downstream misuse, unauthorized use, relabeling, repackaging, resale, misrepresentation, or unlawful conduct by purchasers or third parties.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify BioLight Labs for any claims or damages arising from downstream use, misuse, resale, transfer, or distribution.


17. Reporting Misuse

BioLight Labs reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse, refuse future sales, and cooperate with appropriate regulatory, law enforcement, or legal authorities where necessary.

Purchasers are encouraged to immediately notify BioLight Labs if they become aware of any unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, or prohibited use of BioLight Labs products.


18. Acceptance of Disclaimer

By purchasing from BioLight Labs, checking any agreement box, creating an account, placing an order, receiving a product, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Research Disclaimer.

You further acknowledge that BioLight Labs would not sell or provide products to you without your agreement to these terms.

If you do not agree to this Research Disclaimer, you must not purchase, possess, handle, use, or receive any BioLight Labs product.


19. Survival

The obligations, representations, warranties, limitations of liability, assumption of risk, prohibited-use restrictions, and indemnification provisions contained in this Research Disclaimer shall survive any purchase, shipment, delivery, account termination, website use, policy update, or transaction with BioLight Labs.
